Spacious and practical,

the Ghianda apartment is about 100 square metres wide divided into two floors. It has a spacious living area made from an ancient arcaded loggia, that was used in the past for storing carts and farm machineries. It has also a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Upstairs there are two large double rooms, perfect for 4 persons, and the bathroom covered with Vietri’s ceramic, provided with a shower.

A lot of wonderful things are waiting for you: the homely and characteristic furniture; the floor of the living area and the staircase made of a typical local stone, the travertine; the big garden, where you can find, at your disposal, a table with chairs and a sun umbrella; and, last but not least, the unique view on the green.

Euro 300,00 per night - Euro 2.000,00 weekly. Breakfast included.
Minimun stay 2 nights
Those rates are not valid during Christmas and Easter holidays.

Check in: from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm (early or late check in upon request).
Check out: 10.00 am.
Deposit for stays: deposit of 30% at the moment of the reservation
Cancellation policy: if the reservation is cancelled with less than seven days notice, we will withold an amount equal to 30% of the total.
